Today was quite good, i was able to actually train a handstand exercise. But there was a bit before that. Since i didnt wanted to feel any pain anymore, i looked up exercises for warmup before a handstand. And i found an awesome video about not only the warmup but the handstand by itself aswell. Its from a german youtuber, called Mady Morrison, you can check the warmup video out here (as i said its sadly in german):
She is very specific and has very useful information, which i havent seen in any other videos i watched.
So i did her warmup routine (which is in another video actually: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWdw8FvJlaI), and then tried the standing L on the wall, which worked well for the first try. The next couple of tries my hands were to sweaty and got kinda pushed away. But overall i felt good with todays achievements. Im trying to really get into this slowly, because i really dont want to sit around and do nothing because i fucked something up in my shoulder or so.
So for now my recommandation: do a warmup before starting on the handstand practice.
BTW i did Instagram, so make sure to check that out! My daily progress gonna be on there aswell and if you have any tips yoßur very welcome to leave a comment.
