So today i felt a little sore in my shoulders, but still wanted to keep going. I mean like taking a break on day 2 seems not right. So i did and it was okey, up till i tried to do a kickup, which was a little to hard of an exercise i guess. So after that my left shoulder was hurting a little, but i am still happy with that workout. I was able to finish my pyke exercises.
Besides that i did a couple of wrist exercises, and some chin-ups. I usually do Push-ups, but since i am training my shoulders i dont want to sore my pushing muscles anymore.
Here you can see me doing the kickup, which yeah looks funny, but overall i dont think i made some huge mistakes or so, im just gonna practice more.
And here we have the Pull ups. I did overall 3 sets of 5, while i have to say that set 2 and 3 i used the rubber band for assistance.
